1.  Perfect Rural Setting

Our beautiful property is situated on 30 pristine private acres with no neighbors.  Your guests will enjoy the outdoor wedding ceremony sites while gazing over the open pastures.  The ancient oak trees are draped with Spanish moss and the open pastures draw your gaze to the distant horizon and Cypress trees.  The farm is surrounded by thousands of acres of Florida ranch land dotted with grazing cattle.  The rapid growth of this area means there are not many of these large parcels left in the Central Florida area.

2. Indoor and Outdoor Spaces

If you are hoping for and outdoor wedding ceremony site you will be happy to know we offer sites over looking pastures or under the ancient oak trees. You will fall in love with our vintage white church pews which will seat up to 72 guests. If necessary we can add our white garden chairs to the 12 church pews to create a striking ceremony on the lawn. The Big Barn Pavilion is perfect to host an indoor ceremony if we are expecting inclement weather. For smaller weddings we can host the wedding ceremony and reception in the pavilion. You will enjoy the moving clear enclosure and unobstructed views. While the pavilion is open-air it is constructed to mitigate any wind and rain. Our guests enjoy the cocktail hour under cover and / or on the front patio and lawn area complete with our farm style high top cocktail tables.

3. Conveniently Located

Located within about an hours drive of downtown Orlando, the Heart D Farm is easily accessible for local and out-of-town guests via Interstate 4 and the Florida Turnpike. The farm offers a vintage vibe and countryside charm without sacrificing the amenities of downtown Orlando and nearby attractions.

The Heart D Farm is family owned and offers simplified options to plan your big day. Our pricing packages begin at $4,495 for 50 guests on a weekday or $4,995 for 50 guests on a Friday or Saturday. All of our packages include 4,100 sf of our Big Barn pavilion, farm and round tables, cross back and white garden chairs, a large assortment of decor, chargers, wedding arches, whisky barrels, food tables and much more. Also included is our vintage Bridal Salon / Suite and our rustic Groom’s Den for your bridal party to finish getting ready on wedding day. You may also add on items such as our French entry doors for the top of the aisle, clear or colored glassware and / or our beautiful double champagne wall with clear champagne flutes.

The Heart D Farm will allow you to bring your favorite vendors provided they meet the venue requirements. We are also happy to provide you with a list of our preferred vendors who we have worked and are familiar with our venue. We enjoy helping our couples with choices. 7. Amazing Sunsets

The Heart D Farm offers versatile spaces to ensure comfort and beauty. We always recommend your outdoor wedding ceremony begin about 90 minutes prior to sunset. This allows you about 30 minutes for the outdoor ceremony and then about an hour for your photos while your guests enjoy cocktail hour. The Florida sunsets across the open pastures with distant views and board fences. Photographers love the golden hour at the farm. The ancient oaks filter the soft golden light and provide so many options for your wedding day photos. We believe the sunset is one of our finest features.

All of our packages include 4,100 sf of our Big Barn pavilion, farm and round tables, cross back and white garden chairs, a large assortment of decor, chargers, wedding arches, whisky barrels, food tables and much more. Also included is our vintage Bridal Salon with Suite and our rustic Groom’s Den for your bridal party to finish getting ready on wedding day. Brides enjoy lunch in the farmhouse kitchen while you and your bridesmaids prepare for the day. Grooms also have a snack bar with mini fridge and TV to prepare for the day in comfort.

You may also add on items such as our French entry doors for the top of the aisle, clear or colored glassware and / or our beautiful double champagne wall with clear champagne flutes. Our air conditioned restrooms are handicap accessible with 3 stations for both ladies and gents.

10. Big Barn Pavilion

Our Big Barn Pavilion is over 4,100 sf of open-air covered area with a greenhouse style clear enclosure. The front of our barn is constructed with a white exterior and giant stained sliding barn doors. The interior is enclosed on three sides with sliding clear doors. The south end of our pavilion is open to the outside dance floor and with arbor style frame work and string lights. The barn is situated to overlook the farm’s distant view of open pastures. You and your guests will delight in the view of the sunset and golden hour.
